In an online post shared Wednesday (August 16), Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon expressed her embarrassment after her sister and she made a “humbling” gym blunder.
Her loyal legion of fans online poured their hearts out following the horrible incident while she wore a casual white T-shirt and leggings.
According to her Instagram Story, she recalled: “My sister rang me up and said, ‘Why don’t we do a fitness class?’
“So I went and I’m in the class and it goes like treadmill and then you go on the floor and do something, then you go back to the treadmill and bla bla bla.”
She continued, “So we were on the treadmill and all of a sudden I don’t know what happened but I just lost concentration for a moment.
“I was one minute running on the treadmill like a gazelle and then the next the treadmill was dragging me down to the floor by my leggings.
“I fell over but as I fell the treadmill was still going around on my leggings so it stripped me naked in front of the whole class.”
Stacey added: “They were right around my ankles and my sister who was next to me had to pull the emergency cord.
“I was just laying on the treadmill with my arse out in front of everyone. I’m not joking, these are the knickers I was wearing.”
Laughing, she reflected, “One minute you’ve got a whole range coming out in Asda, and the next you’re falling off a treadmill with your arse out.”
